About Krombacher in Macau
Krombacher is one of Germany’s leading independent breweries – family-owned since 1803, brewed in the same Sauerland village for more than two centuries and exported to over 40 countries. In 2026 Krombacher is launching a Phase 1 partner program for Macau and is selecting exclusive trade partners on Cotai, the Macau Peninsula, Taipa & Coloane and for Macau-wide hospitality.
Macau has a compact beer market of around 300,000 hectolitres a year, of which imported beer accounts for roughly 90%. Integrated resorts, international hotels and a steady flow of visitors create strong demand for premium international brands. Krombacher brings the German Reinheitsgebot of 1516 and its own protected water source, Felsquellwasser®, to this category.

Krombacher Pils is the flagship – Germany’s best-selling premium pils. The Phase 1 portfolio is completed by Krombacher Hell (the smooth lager), Krombacher Weizen (Bavarian-style wheat beer) and Krombacher 0,0% for the growing alcohol-free segment.
