About Krombacher in Jamaica
Krombacher is one of Germany’s leading independent breweries – family-owned since 1803, brewed in the same Sauerland village for more than two centuries and exported to over 40 countries. In 2026 Krombacher is launching a Phase 1 partner program for Jamaica and is selecting exclusive trade partners in Kingston & St. Andrew, Montego Bay & the North West, Ocho Rios & Negril and for nationwide hospitality.
Jamaica has a beer market of around 1 million hectolitres a year, of which imported beer accounts for roughly 20%. A strong tourism sector with all-inclusive resorts, cruise ports and international hotels is driving demand for premium brands. Krombacher brings the German Reinheitsgebot of 1516 and its own protected water source, Felsquellwasser®, to this category.
