About Krombacher in Uganda
Krombacher is one of Germany’s leading independent breweries — family-owned since 1803, brewed in the same Sauerland village for over two centuries, and exported to more than 40 countries. In 2026, Krombacher is opening a Phase 1 partner program for Uganda, selecting exclusive trade partners across Kampala, Entebbe, Jinja and a national hospitality network.
Uganda has one of Africa’s youngest populations and a vibrant on-trade and tourism scene — Kampala’s nightlife, the source of the Nile at Jinja, and the national parks. Krombacher enters with the German Reinheitsgebot purity law of 1516, our protected Felsquellwasser® source, and the alcohol-free Krombacher 0,0%.
